Tantra Sanctuary (the "Platform") is operated by Elevare Solutions, a company licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Elevare", "we", "us", "our"). The Platform is an online directory that lists independent practitioners of tantric bodywork, coaching and meditation, and lets visitors contact them directly, for example through WhatsApp or email.
We are not a healthcare provider, a spa, a massage or wellness establishment, or the employer of any practitioner, and we do not provide, supervise or take part in any session. Sessions are arranged, priced, conducted and paid for between the practitioner and the client, off the Platform, and we do not process payment for sessions. Where the Platform offers a button that opens a message to a practitioner (for example on WhatsApp), it is only a convenience for making contact: the booking itself is agreed directly between the client and the practitioner.
Our responsibility is limited to connecting people with practitioners. Towards clients and visitors, our only responsibility is to connect you with a practitioner by displaying that practitioner's listing and contact details. Towards practitioners, our only responsibility is to publish and share the information and content you provide, in order to advertise you on the Platform. We have no other duty, obligation or responsibility to any client, visitor, practitioner or other person, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, except to the extent the law does not allow it to be excluded.
By accessing or using the Platform you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy and our Code of Ethics. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Practitioners use the Platform in a professional capacity; the Platform is not a consumer service for practitioners.
Services listed on the Platform are wellness, educational and personal-development practices. They are not medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic or clinical treatment, are not a substitute for professional medical or mental-health advice, and nothing on the Platform is a diagnosis, cure, treatment or promise of any health outcome. Clients should consult a qualified health professional before booking if they have any medical condition, injury, pregnancy or other concern, and should disclose relevant conditions to the practitioner.
No sexual or erotic services. The Platform does not offer, advertise, solicit or facilitate sexual or erotic services or any activity contrary to public morals, decency or the laws of the United Arab Emirates or the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any listing, message or user conduct of that kind is prohibited, will be removed without notice, and may be reported to the competent authorities.
A practitioner who lists on the Platform confirms and agrees that:
By listing, the practitioner grants Elevare a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, resize, crop, colour-adjust and promote their profile content on the Platform and in our related marketing, for as long as the listing is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to remove it from caches, backups and past materials.
Profiles are reviewed before publication. We may accept, reject, edit, suspend or remove any listing, or refuse or end any user's access, at our sole discretion and without liability, including where we consider a listing to breach these Terms, the Code of Ethics or the law, following a complaint, or at the request of any authority.
What "Tantra Sanctuary Verified" and "Reviewed" mean. These labels mean only that, at the time of our review, we checked the information and material the practitioner submitted against our own internal screening criteria. They are not an endorsement, recommendation, certification, licence, accreditation or guarantee of any practitioner's identity, skill, qualifications, safety, legality, availability, suitability or conduct, and they are not a warranty of any kind. We do not verify the authenticity or validity of any certificate, diploma, licence or accreditation, and we do not monitor practitioners after publication. Any review we carry out is for our own internal screening only, and we owe no duty or responsibility to any person in connection with it. Clients must make their own enquiries and use their own judgment.
Our only role is to connect you with a practitioner. Clients contact practitioners directly and at their own risk. You are responsible for checking a practitioner's licences, qualifications, rates and suitability before booking, for agreeing the terms of any session directly with them, and for choosing a safe location and taking sensible personal precautions. We do not see, monitor or control messages or sessions between clients and practitioners, and we are not responsible for what is said, agreed or done in them. If something happens that concerns you, contact the practitioner, the relevant authorities where appropriate, and tell us at admin@tantrasanctuary.com.
Practitioner listings are offered on a paid subscription basis under the plans shown in the pricing section of the Platform (currently a Weekly plan and a Monthly plan, priced in US dollars, plus optional add-ons). Prices shown at checkout at the time of purchase apply. Fees are for placement and visibility in the directory only. They do not guarantee any number of enquiries, bookings or income.
You must not: use the Platform for anything unlawful, indecent, deceptive or contrary to these Terms; offer or solicit sexual services; post false, misleading or infringing content; harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone; copy, scrape, harvest or resell the directory or any practitioner's contact details, or use them for spam or unsolicited marketing; interfere with or attempt to compromise the Platform's security or operation; or impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation. All content and design of the Platform belongs to Elevare or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, availability and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any practitioner or client is who or what they claim to be, or that any profile, credential, rate or availability is accurate. Practitioners and clients are third parties. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, advice, services, statements or content, or for any result, injury, loss, dispute or dissatisfaction arising from any contact, session or arrangement between them. Links to third-party services such as WhatsApp and Stripe are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for them. Response times or timelines we mention (for example for enquiries) are targets, not guarantees.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevare and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates and service providers accept no liability of any kind to any client, visitor, practitioner or other person arising from or connected with the Platform, any practitioner, client or third party, or any session, meeting, communication or arrangement made through or because of the Platform. This includes any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data or opportunity, personal injury, emotional distress and property damage. Our role is limited as set out in section 1. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it applies only to the extent the law requires and, so far as the law allows, is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Elevare and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates and service providers from and against any claim, demand, penalty, loss, liability and expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with your use of the Platform, your services, your content, your breach of these Terms or the law, or your dealings with any practitioner, client or third party.
The Platform is directed at persons in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Each user is responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform, and any services offered or received, comply with the laws and regulations that apply to them where they are, including licensing, public decency, advertising and professional-practice rules. We may restrict or remove content, listings or access where we consider it necessary to comply with the law or a request from any authority, and we may disclose information to authorities where the law requires or permits.
We may suspend or terminate any listing or access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe these Terms, the Code of Ethics or the law have been breached, or for any other reason permitted by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 15) will survive.
Website design and other digital services offered by Elevare Solutions, including those described in the "Independent Sites" section, are provided under separate written agreements or quotations and are not governed by these Terms.
Governing law and courts. These Terms and any dispute arising from or connected with them or the Platform are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek urgent injunctive relief in any competent court. Nothing in this clause removes any mandatory legal right that applies to you under the law of the country where you live.
Changes. We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves. The updated version applies from the "Last updated" date shown above, and continued use of the Platform after that date means you accept it.
Individual agreements. A particular practitioner may also have a separate written agreement with us. Where one exists, it applies to that practitioner in addition to these Terms and prevails over them if the two conflict.
Other terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Platform. We may assign our rights and obligations; you may not assign yours without our written consent. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You agree that we may communicate with you, and give you notices, electronically, including by email. The English version of these Terms prevails over any translation.
